Thankyou to all of you who have decided to take up the 30 days challenge with me. I’m here to support you in whatever way I can and importantly keep you motivated and on track to smashing your goals!!
These next 30 days will act as a reset to establishing healthy habits. The program will also help support a balanced gut. So much of our bodies overall well-being is controlled by our gut, so supporting this area of our body will help optimise how we feel, as well as how we look. The program is also designed to help us feel more confident in ourselves. When we are rested and working to reduce feelings of stress then we are better able to care for ourselves. A positive mindset can also impact our confidence because when you feel good physically and mentally - you look good too!
Choosing my weekly recipes and doing a food shop was fun for me. If anyone knows me it’s the actual cooking that I’m worried about lol. Jason - il feed him to fitness 😂. He’s sure to be my biggest critic as my family are being fed the main meals too with a few alterations for my daughter ofcourse. If you want an honest opinion he’s sure to give one lol. I’m half waiting for the marmaris delivery guy to be showing up outside my house as soon as somethings not to there liking. Il let you know how that goes.
